Immediately I liked the format of the book. It tells like a journal, with main entries and interviews. An incident happened long ago, and now once a year a road appears, and at the end you find the ghost girl. The main character Sara's sister went down this road last year and has never returned. Now the road is about to appear and she is ready to find whatever is at the end, be it her sister or something sinister. Don't think I didn't see that cover art. It looks like a dirt road lined with trees, but the light areas reveal a girl staring at us.
