From the very beginning of the excerpt, you’re thrown into a mystery as gripping as Blair Witch herself. Our main character, Sara, is on the search for her sister who has gone missing on the mysteriously appearing road that many before her have gone down. With this tragedy comes an interesting dynamic between Sara and her parents, a nice addition to the paranormal elements of the rest of the story.
