Right off of the bat I enjoy the fact that it is an epistolary novel. There is something so intriguing on "finding" pieces of the story in ways we don't traditionally see such as medical records, first person encounters, and excerpts.
I have a soft spot for young adult. I like that with this story so far you are piecing together what has happened to Sara's sister as well as getting more insight into the ghost of Lucy Gallows.
