I was hooked from the very first sentence. I love Annie's attitude, and as she was talking to her ex in the first chapter I found myself getting furious on her behalf. I can already tell I will LOVE the dynamic between Annie and Emmitt, and I can't wait to read the rest of the book! The cover is cute but really doesn't seem to have any tie to the rest of the story, so without reading the rest of the book I'm not sure how I feel about it.
