I'm not a big fan of chick lit but I do read it occasionally. This one fits the bill and it looks really funny and romantic at the same time as most of these books do. The title is a cute play of ROME and ROMANTICALLY since she ends up working in Rome in a hospital? That part looks a little crazy. I guess I'd have to read it to figure it out.
