Initially, the cover art gave me Percy Jackson vibes. This read is definitely a middle grade book, but I still appreciated the appeal for middle schoolers who have a sense of adventure. I also appreciated the integration of Jewish culture and beliefs - that is not something that we see in popular fiction books nowadays. Very cool for middle grade!
