Try as I might
I couldn't really get into the book! I would read a bit, then put it down to come back to later.
The story would pick up, but then fizzle out for me. I pushed and and pushed, as much as I liked reading the first impression on bookish first. I can't get into the book for the life of me. You read different point of views, all woman throughout the yrs. Abigail who people she saved call her mother Abigail. Winter who is a young girl for a better part of the book. Margot who is a young girl that escapes to freedom. Gaelle who we meet in modern day. They all have a thing in common. A special gift that others really don't understand. These woman didn't understand it themselves until taught how to use it.
Like I said I couldn't get into the book, so I finished about half way through.
