I recently read a YA book with a Haitian background and while okay, it actually made me want to read more on the culture and location.
Now I am brought this novel and I cannot wait to read more.
This is one of those titles that could easily be intriguing because of the cover (Hello cover buy!), but quickly becomes one where you want to immerse yourself into the three different timeframes. I just know this is going to be beautiful in so many ways!
