Familiar - Yet New Somehow

When I read the description of the book, it brought thoughts of other books I had read in the past and I wasn't sure I would find it interesting. However, after reading the excerpt, I am now intrigued and ready to read more. It is familiar in storyline, yet holds a mystery.
