I need more than the 22 pages!!! Queenie’s story had me hooked from the first paragraph. From this excerpt I can tell that this story will be heart wrenching but also that Queenie has an unbreakable spirit. I can also pick up on the nuances from being in an interracial relationship, which is something that I can personally relate to.
