This is totally a new concept of learning and delivering information in a dynamic way. Putting the Science Behind Fiction is really good for a typically male (but could easily be female) audience who are real into sci fi and techy stuff. It did by no means completely lose the reader in all these different kinds of terminology and managed to keep you in pace. This is probably the most 'different' type of book I have read. I had initially thought I would be way out of my comfort zone, but I wasn't. In fact, it was intriguing. I liked the medicine section a lot as well. Since technology is more and more integrated with madicine, it totally makes sense to have it mentioned, since surely a more advanced society with a whole lot of sci fi needs its own share of confusion and miracle working medical practices.
