I usually don't read biographies and memoirs a lot but when I read the sneak peek it made me feel a connection to the author. I also grew up in a tough neighborhood where minorities had it tough. In my case, is Hispanics, but I can sense a similarity between them and the African Americans. I hope to read about the struggles of this memoir and what got him through the tough times.
