Punch Me Up to the Gods is one of those memoirs that is emotional, engaging, and considering everything that is going on - extremely on point. To be clear, it already looks to be pretty graphic as well (and I've only read the sample!), so I wouldn't go into this expecting a light read. That isn't a bad thing however, as it seems to still be worth reading.
