I loved the idea of this book, a young, gay man's memoir. But for some reason, I just couldn't get into the first chapter. I felt like it was skipping all around, and it became confusing for me. It skipped from the protagonists past with playing basketball (poorly) and his first date with Bertrand... I just felt like it skipped back and forth too much, and it was hard for me to follow. I also feel like the cover could have been more interesting too.
