This book started out so strong. It has a very unique plotline but I felt the characters fell short. There was just something that prevented me from connecting to the main character. I thought she was witty at times... but not quite enough for me to root for her.
About 200 pages in, the book really stalled out. But I kept going and am glad I continued. The second half of the book was much faster of a read as everything kind of accumulated to the endpoint.
Overall, I say this was an okay read for me. Unique plot line. Enemies to lovers romance (always a sucker for those). So-so character development. Slow read in the first half.
