I absolutely adored Christi’s debut, To Kill a Kingdom. However, her sophomore series highly disappointed me. But! From what I’ve read of this book, I am officially beyond excited, because it was SO! GOOD! I’m excited for her return to first person prose, I think she is better at writing it, and I’m already in love with the story. I can’t wait!
