I can’t help but feel bad for Selestra from the first couple pages. She’s trapped in the castle but she’s trying so hard to convince herself she isn’t! I think the descriptions she uses and our peek into her thoughts makes for really good character and world building.
Nox is super interesting, and I’m excited to learn more about his reason for joining.
