I am a sucker for fairytale retellings and Rapunzel is my favorite princess. Combine them together and I know I will love it. I love the darker twist, and that first line definitely set the tone. The line where Selestra is not supposed to touch anyone gives me Katsa from "Graceling" vibes, and I loved that book.
