This was a really great start, I'm interested in this festival where the people just barter their souls for a chance at a wish, and I'm also really interested in how Selestra's life gets entangled with Nox's. Also, way to end on a cliffhanger! I know we only get an intro to the story, but ending right as the king is looking dead at her demanding to know what she saw, oy! Just one more page, at least! Anyways, I enjoyed To Kill A Kingdom so I'm very excited to read this story!
