The beautiful cover drew me in. The map at the start made me happy. And the first few chapters crafted the start of a dark fantasy following a magical teen who is destined to steal citizens souls for her King and a solider who is looking to cause trouble for the kingdom. Filled with court intrigue and two connected souls, this novel seems like it will be a good read.
