I wasn't sure what to expect with this book based off of the synopsis. But reading the first five chapters has me completely hooked. I devoured those chapters quickly and I want more.
The map in the beginning of the sample is absolutely beautiful. I wasn't expecting to see a kingdom in clouds.
The main character was also not what I was expecting. Like green hair and yellow eyes! That would look so cool! Especially with her being a witch that can predict death.
The world gives off a dark vibe but it's a vibe that goes well with the characters within the book.
Then Nox! Oh, I think I might like him even though he only had one chapter. A daredevil that will swoon the main character!!!! Like almost opposites attracting to one another.
