Thank you for sending me this ARC. I normally don't read a lot of non fiction and it takes me a while to get engaged. This book was more descriptive when it came to the beauty aspects of everything. I am not one for makeup so I was either shocked or loss at what was given. The illustrations were a great add in to the overall story. Pretty cool that BTS was mentioned as I know that popular boy band group.
It was nice to see that even though men can be perceived as pretty and wear makeup it doesn't always mean their sexuality has changed. Some are queer, gay or straight and that it completely up that person. It shows that makeup can be for everyone regardless of age, gender, or race.
It was great to see a book that offered equality on many different aspects and grabbed my attention more than I had originally anticipated. It definitely got be out of my comfort zone and glad it did.
