This is such a fun, lighthearted look at beauty: standards, routines, and some history thrown in too (though I'm not sure how accurate these bits were!). I loved the voice of the book, which easily draws you in, and to tackle the subject of how to properly wash your face in such detail within the first chapter was a bold choice - and I appreciated the advice!
