Liked:
- The urban dictionary definition in the beginning
- Covers a topic I haven't seen a lot of in YA (admittedly I don't read a ton of YA books anymore) and should be talked about more
Didn't like:
- There are a few places where there aren't contractions where there could have been which makes the writing sound strangely formal and pulled me out of the story.
- I find the cover hard to read
- The descriptions of race sound more like sorting characters into categories rather than physical descriptions.
