Having read other books by Estelle Laure, my expectation is a YA book filled with good characterization and a heavy dose of teenage angst. Jo Beckett is a young woman who sees a different view of herself from the lens of others. I look forward to reading the rest of the novel, hoping to see Jo grow and accept herself.
