I like this writing style a lot. It feels very relaxed and relatable, which I appreciate. I also think it's interesting that we get to read so much of the main character's thoughts; it makes sense because it's in first person but there are several paragraphs of just what the main character is thinking and not what's occurring plot-wise, which I kinda like because it feels more realistic and like we're in her head.
