From the first look, Practice Girl seems to be a wonderful YA book about feminism and girl empowerment. The book revolves around a girl who is called a "practice girl," meaning she's good enough to hook up with but not be in a relationship with. Being called a "practice girl" would obviously get anyone down. I look forward to reading the rest of the book and seeing how she deals with it. Hopefully, she'll find a way to be confident in herself without caring what others think. Also, I hope that the boys learn that they can't demean girls like this.
