Ahhhhh... high school cringe... but I want to know what happens!

My first impression of this book is exactly as the summary of this book goes- Jo is introduced as a 'practice girl'- someone that others want to 'practice' on. It was hard to read, and I wanted to cry with for Jo and with Jo-- I know that this is a book about Jo, meaning that she will come out of this stronger, but I do look forward to seeing her journey and hopefully getting to see the sh**heads that demeaned her in this way get their comeuppance.
