I very much enjoyed this extract. Although quite short it provided good fast paced reading. It follows the night that some teenagers go round visiting haunted houses. The first house was very graphic and frightening. I enjoyed the way she made you feel the tension in the air. She does a great job keeping you hooked and intrigued. It's nail-bitingly tense waiting to see what happens to Sarah and Davey through the story and having guess after guess be wrong. This is one of those books that is a non stop read from beginning to end. So make sure you have plenty of spare time to dedicate to this book because you are not going to want to put it down that’s for sure. Have fun reading this intense fast paced thrilling story.
