Bloody Massacre? Killer? Sounds creepy!

I like reading scary books. This one sounds OK. A massacre happens and then 10 yrs later a killer is on the loose to get Sarah and Tyler. It has promise of a good mystery and thrill ride to keep you interested. And the book cover DID NOT do the synopsis justice. A picture of a city by the water with a bridge does not scream to me horror or mystery/thriller. I would totally just walk past that book based on the cover and mistake it for another genre, possibly non-fiction. The cover needs to be more telling.
