Our Last Echoes by Kate Alice Marshall sounds exactly like the type of thriller that I would definitely want to read. I loved the idea of Sophia's early memory about drowning and being saved, but never being near the ocean. When that unexpected call comes about this island and then learning how mother disappeared there, only poses more questions to this mystery.
