What a spooky start to a book! Of course I now want to know what happened with all those disappearances--just like Sophia does. And I wonder what she will uncover about herself, as the panic attacks? both on the island and in middle school seem like she loses control.
I enjoy the style: narrative spliced with transcripts, etc.
I'm not sure I care for the cover, though. It is the font mostly--I think it is a trend that is being overused.
