I’ll be honest: if it wasn’t for Bookish First, I would have walked right past this book cover in a bookstore. The dreary grey background isn’t very eye-grabbing and actually makes the text rather hard to read. It’s a shame because I do feel that the thriller inside is engaging and haunting — I wish that was captured better. I do think the cover clues readers in that this is a thriller, at least.
