i love how hopelessly romantic ophelia is because i can really relate to that. who doesn't wander the halls daydreaming about what could be? The struggle Ophelia feels was really highlighted in the book.
The cover is beautiful and as a person who judges books by their covers, i was immediately pulled in. then the added LGBTQ made it even better. i love that it covers harder hitting view points and this coming of age book is perfect for a reader who is lost and confused and wanting to have a character out there they can relate with. I honestly went into this book thinking it was going to be a romance, but it came out even better because it was about the character herself and her life with her parents, school, etc. Everything was well written and i felt connected to all the characters in a way that made me not want to leave this story behind and them with it.
