oh my god. the cover was what enticed me to this book but WOW. this was one of the most beautiful, well written books i’ve read in a while. i have no words as to how much i adored this book and it’s characters. this is one of those books where people feel SEEN and for that i’m so grateful. the setting and the dialogue was so relatable i cannot stop thinking about it. this book reminded me why i love ya so much and why it’s needed in this world.
i adored the friendships so much, they kept things real (most of the time) and i just loved them. yes, things got messy but they’re teenagers, they’re still learning and that’s a beautiful thing. as agatha said “who I am in high school isn’t my endgame” they’re only just getting started and that was so real of them.
i cannot recommend this book enough. please read it. it’ll change your life for the better. thank you
