I am very excited to read this! Love to read queer Latina stories, and Marie's approach to Ophelia's story feels very natural and nice to read. In this short excerpt, I find Ophelia to be a sympathetic character and I am already rooting for her. I can't wait to find out how things turn out for her in terms of prom, figuring herself out, and the end of this era of her life.
