The cover is what drew me in to write a first impression! I still search fir books that show young girls of color, girls with curly hair, anything beyond the “norm” fir this genre. The dialogue between the characters from the start felt natural and engaging, promising both fun and a little bit of drama. I’d be so excited to see more about the coming of age and coming into queerness of Ophelia.
