I was pleasantly surprised that I liked this book. At first I was on the fence but wanted to give it a fair shot. I enjoyed how we followed a sons journey with his father, following his dad and living up to his dads legacy and caring it on and his journey in a relationship. The time setting in the 70's is when I grew up and could relate. How to not let things get you down and how to bounce back up and keep on fighting and trying.
I thought the cover was appropriate and this is an author i never read before. I am looking forward to reading more from this author.
