I really like the cover, and I enjoy historical stories. However, I'm not a fan of romances ... especially the insta-romances.
The writing was okay. However, the sample didn't grab my attention enough to make me curious about the rest of the story. In was a bit boring for an opening.
The medical angle does seem a bit interesting, but not enough to pick this one up.
