Seems interesting if a bit too wordy, the first look just didn't really grab me at all & I wound up skimming a lot of it. Story of a young man trying to follow in his Father's footsteps as a doctor, almost reads as a memoir hitting different events that shaped his life. Could see people who enjoy a bit of historical fiction liking this.
