First of all the cover of One Last Death is eye catching. I love a mystery and this one did not disappoint. Tru wants to solve the 20 year old murder of two teenagee girls, Bailey and Celeste. Rio comes to town and has an instant connection with Tru and they work together to try to solve the 20 year old murder. The author developments the characters relationship well. I find it interesting the connection that Tru and Rio have to Bailey and Celeste, the murder girls. Now that the girls are trying to solve the murder, someone is stalking them. There are a lot of interesting characters in this story. From the shady town mayor to the hippie couple who party with Tru and her friends but also watch out for them. I kept thinking I knew who the murder was and would change my mind. In the end I was surprised. This book keeps you guessing and I would definitely recommend this.
