Enchanting murder mystery with a twisting plot

This is a lovely mystery involving the cold case of the murders of two girls twenty years ago, a girl who has always been obsessed with those murders (whose sister was also killed, coincidentally) and a new girl who is determined to figure out the mystery once and for all.
