Like with Sain's previous books, the writing is incredibly descriptive and brings the setting to life. I love how she describes what Mount Orange is famous for and then ends with, "and serial killers." It's an awesome way of introducing Tru's connection to two murder victims, as well as her suspicions that her own sister was killed too. I also love the way Tru meets Rio, and I'm excited to see how things will go with them, especially considering Tru has a boyfriend already...
