The first thing that attracted me to this book is the cover.I have seen this book before and wanted to read it based on the cover! The plot is also intriuging and makes a great story in itself. Lots of great history of The Swan and its owners and how the storytelling tradition began. A place that has been around since 1387 has a lot of stories to tell! There is plenty of mystery about the girl who died then lived. Makes.me think of Mary Shelley and how she created Frankenstein during a night of storytelling.
