I fell in love with Margot Ockwell and Joe Bliss with their caring relationship and Joe's storytelling ways at The Swan Inn. One night, just as he begins to tell a story, he's interrupted by a man carrying a mysterious little girl. Almost everyone thinks she's dead, except for Jonathan, Margot and Joe's youngest child, who places a kiss on the girl's forehead.
