First off, the cover got a hold of me. Its design makes me think of a whimsical, sweet drawing, adding a cute element and one of fantasy and daydreaming. The excerpt caught my attention as I read what this book will be about. I am all about the mysteries and paranormal which I am getting a bit a vibe of both in this. I read the sneak peek and now I want more. Diane Setterfield started the book off describing the atmosphere that I actually could envision, and drew me right in. Not only does she make this town feel like such a nice, cozy town to be in but after reading the excerpt, I know this little town's world is going to be turned upside down by one little girl. I can't wait for it!
