I absolutely love anything Robin Hood related. It's always heartwarming to see someone steal from the rich to feed the poor.

The story itself is good. There's serious conversations and thoughts and then there's things that some of the characters say that is just downright hilarious. I did, however, get a little bored with this book about 3/4 of the way through. It just seemed to go on and on with plots upon plots upon plots. I started to lose track of who was plotting and what they were plotting. The ending was excellent though. Glad that I pushed through and finished it. It was definitely an alternate story for Robin Hood and I believe the author did it justice. I think it would be boring to have this book end the same way all of the Robin Hood stories have ended.
