The beginning of Nottingham introduces us into an extremely intricate world, it is abundantly clear right off the bat that the author is completely in love with the world he is building for us. These are very well known characters that we meet in the first few chapters and readers are treated to exciting new interpretations of them. I am excited to see how this reimagining of Robin Hood plays out in the full novel!
