I have mixed feelings about this book. I enjoyed the idea of not being able to die. There were more complex problems involved than I thought. How do you kill a person if they need to be killed?? And I enjoyed the love story between David and Tiana. But parts of the book felt disjointed. The whole storyline with the abused employee was unnecessary. The crazy guy at the end who threatened Zac and David felt unnecessary. Was it added to promote a sequel? And the religious talk felt out of place. I am a religious person but it did not feel like it always needed to be a part of the story. Why did I need to meet people from a bible study group? It did nothing to move the story along. Overall, I enjoyed how much this book made me think but I did not always enjoy reading it.
