David Galloway owns a used and rare book store. He is unique as he is immortal. Due to a fatal accident many years ago, he was given a special serum which allows his body to regenerate, giving him perpetual youth. He believes he is the only human like this in the world. Until he meets Moira, Zac, Simon, and Colm. His life changes drastically with this new discovery, and changes how he sees the world. He falls in love with his bookstore assistant, relives some of his past which was traumatic, deals with a particular evil, and finally settles into his happiness. There seemed to be a few plot holes and story arcs incomplete. There was the sense of a thriller novel mingled with a Christian message. I enjoyed the story, but did not feel it was unique.
